Emergencies include: no heat in winter, gas leaks, flooding or major water leaks, no hot water, broken locks or security issues, and electrical hazards. For emergencies, call us immediately at 347-343-2030.
Rent payment instructions are provided in your lease agreement. Please contact our office at info@ravehomesnyc.com if you have questions about your payment method or need to update your payment information.
Notice requirements depend on your lease type and length of tenancy. NYC law requires landlords to provide advance notice before non-renewal. We will contact you well in advance of your lease expiration to discuss renewal options.
Yes. Rave Homes NYC works with Section 8 (HCV), CityFHEPS, HASA, and other NYC housing voucher programs. We are experienced with the inspection and approval process and welcome voucher holders.

Tenants are responsible for keeping the unit clean, notifying management of any maintenance issues promptly, not making unauthorized alterations, paying rent on time, and complying with all lease terms and building rules.
Upon move-out, we will conduct a final inspection of your unit. Your security deposit will be returned, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear, within the timeframe required by New York State law.
