With more than a decade of experience as a Civil and Environmental Engineer, she brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to property management, asset preservation, and operational excellence. Her background in infrastructure, project management, regulatory compliance, and asset stewardship shapes Rave Homes NYC's owner-minded approach to managing residential properties.
Prior to her engineering career, Elfonnie worked in the mortgage industry as a Mortgage Processor, gaining valuable insight into residential lending, underwriting, and the financial aspects of homeownership.
Combined with her experience as a real estate investor, this diverse background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the property lifecycle, from acquisition and financing to operations, maintenance, and long-term value creation.
Dr. Reagan Anusionwu
Reagan Anusionwu a managing partner at Rave Homes NYC, where he provides strategic leadership across the company's operations, investment activities, and long-term growth initiatives.
